Click on [Refund].
Enter the amount you wish to request for a refund.
Review the refund terms and fees, then check the agreement box and click [Apply for Refund].
Refund completed! The refund amount will be deposited into your designated refund account (My Page > Refund Account).
Click on [ATM Withdrawal] or [Transfer to Korean Account].

TripPAY refunds will incur a 5% processing fee, and the remaining balance will be deposited into your designated account (My Page > Refund Account).
In compliance with electronic financial laws and anti-money laundering regulations, the refunded amount cannot be recharged to TripPAY.
Refunds are limited to KRW and can only be withdrawn through domestic Korean accounts or ATMs.
The ATM withdrawal fee is KRW 1,300, and the withdrawal amount must be a multiple of KRW 10,000, with a maximum withdrawal limit of KRW 300,000 per transaction.
